Sales Policy

** A Non-Refundable $100 deposit is required to hold your doe or buck, this deposit will go towards the full price of your goat **

 

Deposit

Deposits guarantee your animal is held for you, we will reserve that animal in your name. If for some reason you decide you don't want the goat anymore, you may transfer you deposit to another available goat but is not refundable. Not only does it hurt us when a sale falls through, but we had to turn down other interested parties or protentional buyers, so the deposit helps hold the buyer accountable and follow through with the sales. Also helps fish out the scammers, thank you so much for understanding.

Reservations:

We will notify you when your reserved kid has been born, within 72 hours of us notifying you kid has been born we require half of the payment and the rest at pick up. 

If for some reason your kid passes, gets ill or as other unexpected problems while in our care we will refund you or your reservation can be transferred to another available goat or saved for next kidding season. We do not refund money on any reservations due to cancellation, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Transportation:

I will meet half way as long as my trip doesn't exceed 5 hours one way or can deliver within the same distance for an extra fee. 

We do work with transportation, so please let us know if this is the option you would like to use and we will work with you. * However all transportation is the responsibility of the buyer, we do not set up transport *

We do allow at farm pick ups, however we do not allow outside animals onto our property due to bio-security. So please do not bring outside animals to our facility during pick up. 

All animals need to be picked up by the discussed timeline, at weaning, or if you are getting a bottle baby after being disbudded or there will be a boarding fee of $10 a day to cover the cost of feed, milk, minerals and veterinary care.

*We do not guarantee the health of your goat after is has left our facility or care, any issues that happen after the goat leaves is the responsibility of the buyer or transport *

Registration:

​

All registration for kids will be transferred online to your ADGA ID# after your goat has been purchased in full. All sales are final and we will not refund you due to cancellation or changing your mind. 

Registration on all adults, we will give you the original papers with our signature on the bottom that you need fill out and send in. Please refer to ADGA for processing and mailing times and these vary often based on the time of year. 

If for some reason you decide to sell one of our goats in the future we would like to be offered first right or refusal.

​Live Coverings from our Bucks:

We do offer driveway breeding's, as long as your goat has tested negative for CL and CAE in the last 30 days. We charge $50 for the service memo, so if your goat does not get pregnant, don't worry you can breed her again at the next heat cycle. 

If we see any illness, obvious parasite overload or any other problems with your doe we reserve the right to refuse the breeding and ask you to remove her off the property. The bio-security and safety of our herd is our number one priority. We will not put our herd at risk, thank you for understanding.
